Our Policies - Shipping, refunds & Exchanges

 - All orders ship FREE within the domestic U.S. via USPS (United States Postal Service), unless requested by customer to ship UPS.

- Standard shipping is First Class, which ships free in the US.

- For rush orders, please select either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Prices and estimated delivery date will be calculated to your location during checkout.

- International orders: Buyer is responsible for customs, duty and import fees. Please check your local customs rates as they vary around the world and are frequently changed.

 Infectious Design Co. will accept returns and exchanges of products if contacted within 14 days of delivery and products returned to Infectious Greetings within 30 days of delivery. Orders can not be cancelled once products have been printed and order marked as fulfilled.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items:

- Custom or personalized products

- Digital Wall Art

Only exception is if the physical product arrived damaged or defective. Photo evidence must be provided within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed by Infectious Design Co., the products must be returned to Infectious Greetings within 30 days of delivery. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
