All designs and products are created by Infectious Design Co, parent company of Infectious Greetings. Printing, packaging and shipment of products are overseen by Infectious Design Co.
1. Processing time - The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
2. Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Infectious Design Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Accepts most major debit and credit cards through GoDaddy Payments or PayPal. GoDaddy keeps your payment information secure. Infectious Design Co. does not directly receive any personal credit card information.
Returns & Exchanges
Infectious Design Co. will accept returns and exchanges of products if contacted within 14 days of delivery and products returned to Infectious Design Co. within 30 days of delivery. Orders can not be cancelled once products have been printed and order marked as fulfilled.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items:
- Custom or personalized products
Only exception is if the product arrived damaged or defective. Photo evidence must be provided within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed by Infectious Design Co., the products must be returned to Infectious Design Co. within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
